Facility Serving

Opportunities

Facility Team

The Facilities Event Team serves wherever there is a need to help prepare, maintain, and care for the spaces at The Naz. Unlike many ministry teams, this team does not require a consistent weekly commitment. Instead, volunteers are contacted periodically when help is needed for projects, events, or busy seasons.

  • Event Setup & Tear Down: Set up and reset spaces for events, including tables, chairs, canopies, tents, and other event needs.
  • Facility Projects & Maintenance: Help with occasional projects such as touch-up painting, moving or assembling items, organizing spaces, and other basic maintenance needs.
  • Cleaning & Reset: Provide extra hands to clean, organize, and reset spaces, especially during busy seasons or after large events.
  • Event & Ministry Support: Assist ministry leaders with behind-the-scenes needs such as moving equipment, preparing rooms, organizing supplies, or helping bring an event vision to life.
  • Special Projects & Seasonal Needs: Serve during larger events and busy seasons when additional help is needed, such as Fall Kickoff, iPoint Day Camp, or other church wide events.

What to Expect: Opportunities will vary throughout the year, and volunteers can choose which projects or events they are available to help with. Some needs may require a larger team, while others may only need one or two people. If you enjoy serving behind the scenes, have practical skills, or simply want to be available wherever there is a need, this team is a great way to serve The Naz.
