At The Naz, we believe everyone has a part to play in reaching people, raising disciples, and redeeming culture. Serving is a powerful way to use your gifts, build relationships, and make a lasting impact in the lives of others. Whether it’s welcoming guests, investing in kids and students, leading worship, or serving behind the scenes, there’s a place for you to get involved and make a difference.

SERVING TEAMS
Discipleship
At The Naz, discipleship is a lifelong journey of becoming more like Jesus through growing in dependence on and obedience to God. Through small groups and Deeper Discipleship classes, we build biblical community, study God’s Word, and learn to live it out.
Events
Event serving is more than helping things run smoothly—it’s an opportunity to Reach People, Raise Disciples, and Redeem Culture. By creating welcoming spaces and serving others, we help people connect, experience Christ’s love, and take their next step toward Jesus.
Facility
The Facilities Team helps create clean and welcoming spaces where ministry can happen. You can use your skills to prepare rooms, care for the building, and tackle practical projects. The Facilities Team offers flexible serving opportunities throughout the week at a variety of times.
Marriage & Family
We believe marriage is both designed and gifted by God. Our Marriage Ministry team comes alongside couples to help build, equip, encourage, and, when needed, restore marriages. We serve couples wherever they are on their marital journey, helping them grow in understanding and living out God’s design for marriage.
Media
The Media Team helps tell the story of what God is doing at The Naz and makes it easier for people to take their next step. Through photography, video, graphics, social media, and more, you help capture and share the life of our church in creative and meaningful ways.
NazKidz
NazKidz is all about welcoming, connecting, and equipping kids and families while pointing them to Jesus. Every time you show up, you have an opportunity to invest in a child’s life, build meaningful relationships, and help shape their faith.
Technical Arts
The Technical Arts Team works behind the scenes to create a seamless Sunday experience, using creativity, technology, and attention to detail. This team serves with a heart for excellence, helping ensure everyone in the room and online can clearly engage with what God is doing at The Naz.
Safety
The Safety Team helps create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment where everyone can worship freely and confidently. By staying attentive, prepared, and ready to respond when needed, this team helps protect our church family and care for everyone who walks through our doors.
412 Students
We believe the next generation is the church! 412 Serving Team creates a place where Junior and Senior high school students are encouraged in their faith.
Welcome
The Welcome Team helps create a warm and welcoming environment where every person feels seen, valued, and like they belong. From the parking lot to the worship center and beyond, this team helps people feel at home at The Naz and take their first steps toward experiencing the hope of Jesus.
Worship Arts
At The Naz, our desire is to reach One More. Through worship, we use our gifts to create opportunities for people to encounter Jesus and draw closer to Him. Every moment is an offering to God and an invitation for others to worship.
