Opportunities

Check-in

Create a welcoming first impression and welcome families and kids as they walk through the doors.

Specifics

  • Enthusiastically greet new families
  • Help new families find classrooms and feel at peace with in the kids space, collect family information
  • Knowledge with kidcheck check-in system (you will receive training)

Nursery Team

Help with the care of infants and toddlers


Infant Nursery 0-18 months

  • Cuddle babies, changing diapers, Tender loving care
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Connect with parents, making them feel at ease to leave their baby in our care.


Toddler Nursery 19-35 months

  • Welcome kids into the room warmly, engage with parents, and make everyone feel comfortable
  • Work as a team with other NazKid Team members to execute the lesson/craft/activity
  • Engage kids in all aspects of service: play, songs, activities & lessons, by actively engaging yourself and assisting kids.

Preschool Team

Help create a welcoming environment for our preschool age children as they participate in NazKidz.

3-5 years old

  • Welcome kids into the room warmly, engage with parents, and make everyone feel comfortable
  • Connect with kids by playing on their level and talking with them so they feel known
  • Work as a team with other NazKid Team members to execute the lesson/craft/activity
  • Engage kids in all aspects of service: play, worship, activities, lesson, by actively engaging yourself and assisting kids

Elementary Team

Kindergarten–1st Grade

Our K–1st Grade Team helps kids learn about Jesus through engaging lessons, worship, and meaningful relationships.

Leader: look over lesson ahead of time, lead the children in their bible story and activities

Helper: support the leader , engage with kids throughout their time in NazKidz


2nd–3rd Grade

Our 2nd–3rd Grade Team creates a fun and engaging environment where kids can grow in their faith.

Leader: look ahead/prepare for lesson, lead children through the bible lesson and activities, build relationships with kids.

Helper: supports the Leader and connects with kids throughout their time in NazKidz.


4th–5th Grade

Our 4th–5th Grade Team invests in the next generation by teaching biblical truth, building relationships, and pointing kids to Jesus.

Leader: look ahead/prepare for lesson, lead children through the bible lesson and activities, build relationships with kids.

Helper: supports the Leader and connects with kids throughout their time in NazKidz.
