The Production Manager helps oversee the technical elements of our services and works under the direction of the Worship Pastor to make sure everything runs smoothly. This role coordinates the production team and oversees ProPresenter, cameras, livestream production, and livestream audio.

Camera Assistant
Camera Assistants help capture the service through our roaming camera, giving those in the room and watching online a closer look at what’s happening during worship and throughout the service. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is interested in learning more about production and camera operation.

Camera Tech
Camera Techs work behind the scenes to help create a smooth and engaging visual experience during our services. Working under the direction of the Production Manager, Camera Techs adjust camera angles throughout the service to help capture the moments that matter.

In-House Sound
Our In-House Sound team helps create an environment where every voice, instrument, and moment of worship can be heard clearly. Working under the direction of the Worship Arts Pastor, you’ll help mix and manage the sound for our in-person services.

Livestream Sound
Livestream Sound helps make sure those joining us online can hear and engage with every part of the service. Working under the direction of the Production Manager, you’ll mix the audio specifically for our livestream audience.

The Slides team helps keep our congregation engaged and connected to what’s happening throughout the service. From lyrics during worship to Scripture and sermon content, you’ll help make sure the right information is on screen at the right time.

The Technical Arts Team works behind the scenes to create a seamless Sunday experience, using creativity, technology, and attention to detail to support worship, announcements, and the message. That everyone of these positions utilizes and instruments that exicuted for God's glory. This team serves with a heart for excellence, helping ensure everyone in the room and online can clearly engage with what God is doing at The Naz.
